We are an ancient village church which was extended and rebuilt during Victorian times.
Today although the church building is on the very north west edge of the parish we serve the communities of Whitton, Castle Hill, The Dales, Thurleston and Akenham in North West Ipswich.
There are also services at The Church of the Ascension in Castle Hill.
On Summer evenings we enjoy Evensong at our country church at Akenham as well as keeping the Agriculatural Festivals of the Church year there.
The Parish is a member of Inclusive Church and works to be an open and welcoming place for people regardless of gender, race or sexual orientation.
